All of the reporting is done online and is recorded centrally removing the need for all paper records, meaning reports can be checked by business managers from anywhere.

All reports automatically recognise the team member completing it, dates and time stamps it so that you know if the reports are being done at the right time

Automatic notifications can be set up to advise the team members responsible for Food Hygiene if reports have not been submitted.

Notifications are automatically sent to team members responsible for Food Hygiene, when an issue has been identified, so that follow up action can be taken and monitored until corrected
