Lemons - whole (clone) 2 Peel with a speed peeler, remove any white.

Oranges - whole large 1 peeled and segmented, squeeze the juice from the rest.
Oranges - whole large 2 Peel with a speed peeler, remove any white.
Sugar - caster 25 g
Sugar - white granulated 30 g
Sugar - white granulated 100 g
Vanilla - whole pods 1 Split down the middle, Remove the seeds and add them to the cream
Water - Tap 200 ml enough to cover the the peel.
